📣 Important notice: temporary interruption of Apple ID login for A2V and AIA apps

Dear users,

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the A2V and AIA applications and provide a better experience for all users, we are writing to inform you of the scheduled migration of all user data between the two applications.

This migration is part of a wider upgrade to ensure greater stability, smoother performance and better support for the development of future features.

Timeline:

Duration: July 7 to 8, 2025

Impacts:

1. During this period, logging in using your Apple ID in the A2V and AIA apps (iOS only) may be temporarily unavailable.
2.  Logging in to AMS, Marketplace and all stores using the Apple ID will also be affected.
3. Login using e-mail and password will continue to work normally on all platforms.

Important notes for Apple ID users:

1. If you are already logged in with your Apple ID, you can continue using the app without any problems. You won't be disconnected or affected by the update.

2. This update only affects users who logged in with their Apple ID but logged out before the migration period.

To continue accessing your account during this period, update your e-mail address and set a password to log in.
